This was not a simple job of converting my bathtub shower combination to a walk-in shower. The prior owner of my Town House Condo had placed tile over the original tile in the bathroom, which made it more challenging for my Looney's team to do their complete renovation work. The skilled team showed up every day on time and worked hard to make it easier to keep myself clean. They had a great "can do" attitude. And the owners were very cooperative in addressing issues that arose. I highly recommend this company.
Looney’s is an amazing Tile and Grout company with high standards of workmanship. One of the best at communicating and delivering quality work in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for big or small projects, and will definitely use them for all my future projects.
Looney's Tile & Grout has set standards far above all other companys we have worked with. From the beginning project scoping/estimate process, project preparations, demo, install, clean up through final project walk through, they have the best technicians in the business! They are efficient, curteous and very tidy. Looney's precision and high quality of work for all of our renovation projects (3 full bathrooms, mudroom and kitchenette) have put them at the top of our list for ALL out home project needs!
Job itself was done well. The rest was bad: Communication, scheduling, invoicing. All was done wrong and inconsiderate of my time. Stuff was forgotten, dates were pushed as they felt like it, invoicing was too much and too early. I paid full price but it was a small project, that's probably why I got a little bit less attention. (No follow-up either.) Moving on.
Looney’s was a pleasure to work with, very professional and prompt. We had them regrout and recaulk a master shower and bath and a hallway tub/shower combination. They also replaced our crappy original shower doors with nice, modern ones and reglazed the shower pan. After they were done our 25 year old bathrooms practically looked new again. Highly recommend!!
