Just brought my frog in today for his first visit! It's so hard to find a good exotics vet but the Pittsfield Veterinary staff were kind, professional, and responsive. Dr. Devereux and our vet tech Haylee answered all of our questions and provided us an additional care sheet to refer to, and the visit was very affordable for what we were expecting, given general exotics rates. Reception staff were extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend and I feel great knowing my pet is safe and valued here!

I've been here once before, the staff and Doctors were very polite and my last visit went smooth. The lady that answered the phone this morning when I called to make a appointment was giving me attitude for no reason. Her name is Sarah.
