Horrible landlord, practically a slumlord. I would NOT rent with this agency. Ginny is very disrespectful and inconsiderate to her renters. As well as incompetent. The rent is grossly overpriced for subpar accommodations. My roommate got sick from black mold and we had many pest issues throughout our rental period, including mice throughout the house and bees in the basement (didn’t know that was even possible). Horrible rental agency, definitely the worst I’ve ever been with if not the worst in all of burlington. The apartment itself was grossly overpriced, outdated heating, doors not closing, slanted floors, horrible paint, excessive dust, obviously neglected. As well the maintenance staff is incredibly disrespectful and I unprofessional.
