Horrible rental agency, definitely the worst I’ve ever been with if not the worst in all of burlington. The apartment itself was grossly overpriced, outdated heating, doors not closing, slanted floors, horrible paint, excessive dust, obviously neglected. As well the maintenance staff is incredibly disrespectful and I unprofessional. They would start almost ever morning by arriving at 8am, screaming explicitly at their unleashed dogs, coughing excessively(while unmasked throughout entire pandemic), aggravated venting/swearing... read more
