DO NOT GO TO FLOORING AMERICA!!! We we sent there for an insurance claim and they seemed nice while we were buying, but than their attitude changed. When they sent their men out to install all we heard was complaints about how they had to move furniture. This was an insurance claim and they were getting paid per hour to do this. DO NOT USE FLOORING AMERICA – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their products are acceptable yet their customer service is abhorrent! Because of an insurance claim, we purchased new floors throughout our home. There was a problem right away with the hardwood flooring. The company owner, Tony Bosserman, wouldn't even come out to our house to view the floors and listen to our complaints for more than two years... he doesn't return phone calls and if he is spoken with, he is evasive and condescending.
