I’m selling my house and the new owner contacted this company to do repairs on termite damage wood. First of all they never answered any of my phone call because they were never at my home when they said they would be. Finally the repair person showed up 3 days later. I asked him how long it would take for the repairs. He told me 3 hours. At the 3 hour point i inquired how much longer it would take. He replied “ do want the job done or not “. Edit: our roof still leaks in the same spot, and we wwre told he'd come out and look at it but he never showed. After several times being ghosted we gave up. We tried multiple companies in sierra vista trying to get a leak fixed, and after thousands of dollars in repairs the roof was still leaking. Our relator suggested "Look Us roofing" and we figured we'd give them a try.
