Updated review: I had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 6:30 PM. Upon arrival, the salon was closed and locked. The stylist arrived but could not enter as she did not have a key. Although an initial text message stated, 'an associate will be there in 2 min,' subsequent messages about the locked door were ignored.
