We bought two mani/pedi packages from Looks Unlimited in April 2011; we called the salon every other week for FIVE months to try to schedule those appointments. Finally, in Sept, we got a return call, and we scheduled the appointments. The first appointment went okay; the nail tech explained that she hadn’t had time for the past five months to return our numerous phone calls.
