kind, friendly service from the get go, glasses ready in under 30 minutes…whats not to like?
Excellent service! The owners were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They fixed my glasses and nose pad for free, gave me great advice, and took the time to help me choose the best lenses for my eyes. I really appreciated their honesty and care. Highly recommend! 😊

Spent 3.5x the amount id normally spend on glasses, and what a waste that was. After about 30mins of wearing the new glasses I needed to take them off. I felt very off balance despite being told they were the same prescription as my previous glasses. I spoke to the store and they told me to to keep wearing them and I would adjust. A week later after trying multiple times I was told to return to the store. He changed one of the lenses but the issue had not resolved.
