Appalled at the owner’s insensitivity with my situation, especially considering she is a dog owner herself. My dog was rushed to the emergency room in the middle of the night on Thursday. They were able to save her life, and I was able to bring her home. I called as soon as I got home this morning around 8 or 9 (Friday) to let them know I would not be able to be in Saturday as my dog was just hospitalized and cannot be left alone for any amount of time. The salon was nicely decorated, very clean and bright. I was tried of my long thin hair and Rachael took the time to listen to me and what what I wanted in a haircut. She gave me a cut and style that I really like!
I first tried booking an appointment a few weeks ago to get my hair done. I used the online scheduling and thought everything was fine. I got a call the next day from the salon canceling my appointment because the online booking double booked. So a few weeks later I scheduled another online appointment.
