I had a great experience with Rachel here on Monday evening. I have never gone to another hair dresser since middle school, but unfortunately she is now a snow bird. With a wedding coming up, I really needed a root and highlight touch-up, but was a little hesitant to try someone new. Let me tell you, Rachel is amazing! Appalled at the owner’s insensitivity with my situation, especially considering she is a dog owner herself. My dog was rushed to the emergency room in the middle of the night on Thursday. They were able to save her life, and I was able to bring her home. I called as soon as I got home this morning around 8 or 9 (Friday) to let them know I would not be able to be in Saturday as my dog was just hospitalized and cannot be left alone for any amount of time.
