The salon was nicely decorated, very clean and bright. I was tried of my long thin hair and Rachael took the time to listen to me and what what I wanted in a haircut. She gave me a cut and style that I really like!

I first tried booking an appointment a few weeks ago to get my hair done. I used the online scheduling and thought everything was fine. I got a call the next day from the salon canceling my appointment because the online booking double booked. So a few weeks later I scheduled another online appointment. Walking into this salon I was in aw! This place was BEAUTIFUL it was so welcoming and inviting. I showed Rachel some pictures of what I wanted and she went to work. Lois is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. My hair always looks beautiful after a visit to Looks Salon. 10 out of 10!!
