Excellent service both times I stopped in.
I have always received prompt, expert service. From the time I walk in the door until I leave, they treat me as a very valuable customer. I am so glad that I found Looks Eyecare (and Dr Tenorio). When I have called with a concern, they have always fit me into the schedule that day or the next. I so appreciate the whole office.
The worst place to deal with. Ok called TODAY to make sure they will be open, and they said yes. So I show up to their walnut location after an hour because I live 45 miles away and they have a sign saying they’re closed until Monday. Get it together. On top of that the girls have nasty attitudes. I should have gone to the boutz location instead. I’m so disappointed.
they are terrible. I've been sitting here for over an hour waiting for them to switch the temples out on my glasses, two screws!!! they had to order them too instead of having them on hand so I waited a week for these parts. now they are wasting my time. don't bother coming here, they are inept and lack even basic customer service skills. they've only checked on me once since I got here over half an hour ago. they asked if I wanted to come back for my glasses which I need to drive! never again!!!
I love this office. They are so professional and friendly. Dr Tenorio and Diana are awesome. They are very thorough and patience. I never feel rushed and actually feel like I’m the only patient. Dr Tenorio is the best optometrist I’ve ever been to This is the best office in Las Cruces. I highly recommend it.

They have out of their way to help me when the Surgical Center in El Paso lost me eyeglasses during cataract surgery and refused to replace them. Looks offered me a replacement pair of glasses at the new prescription at no cost to me! Thank you, Looks !
