Gosh, Laura was amazing! Glad I found her. She understands curly struggles and she was very kind and informative. I told her what I wanted done and she did just that. Explained there were a bit more ends that needed to go but I could wait a bit for those- thankfully because I didn't want a big chop but I was fully aware I'd need to lose a few inches of my length.
