There is not "0" stars or I would choose that option. Lived here one year and regret it every day. Manager has her own rules and lets the nosey, rude residents run the place. It took several months to get a part replaced in the refrigerator. That is what happens when the owner hires their own family to do maintenance. Many residents have pets they can't take care of that barks on and on. If you cannot walk your own pet, you don't need to have one in these close apartments. Rules are needed on pet behavior.
