amazing staff and Dr. Tim is amazing. they actually care about our dogs. they tajevtime to listen to us, never once felt rushed.
We brought our girl dog in to dr. Ruggles for what we thought was a bladder infection & what ended up being bladder cancer. We are so grateful for the care of Dr. Ruggles and staff for diagnosis and treatment for our dogs final days. To date, she is still doing well! Thank you Lookout Mountain Vet for helping me give Rylie some really good last days!

They are by far the best and most compassionate vets I have ever met. I trust them with all my fur kids. I have been doing rescue for a long time and wish all vets had the passion and integrity they do.
Dr. Achee and Dr, Ruggles are the best. They have cared for my critters during critical illnesses as well as just the normal check ups - and the care has been beyond measure. I am thrilled to have found this hospital.
Dr, Ruggles is very thorough, caring and attentive. He takes great care of our two kitties and explains everything to us.
