I am forced to even give them one star to do this. I called this place to report a charge that was unauthorized and gave them ample notice that I was no longer going to use their services. They promised me over and over that I would get my refund and two months later...I have not received my refund check. I have doubled checked twice that they have correct my correct address so they can send the check and to this date...I have not received the check. When this customer rented a space on our lot she signed a contract that stated that she must give a 30 day written notice when she moved out or would not receive a refund, I did not get anything in writing therfore did not know when she moved out, was not told until she was charged for the month which she approved of the charges when she signed the contract and left her information on file.
