We recently moved to the Sayebrook community and were referred to Lookout Blinds & Shutters Awning NMB by a neighbor after we fell in love with their blinds. We called and spoke with Michele who made a prompt appointment to meet at our house to go over options and samples. Michele knew how anxious we were to meet, and she was able to fit us in sooner than expected. Don’t waste your time going here. I drove over 20 minutes to meet with the owner to talk about blinds for my new home, nobody was there. Door was locked, lights off, not a soul in sight. I tried calling, no answer. Left a message and still haven’t heard a word back. Every other blind store I stopped by had people inside, ready to help. I don’t have time to chase folks down just to spend my money. Poor communication. Do not recommend.
