After contacting 5 builders to raise two floors and build an addition, Looking Up was the only company that knew what to do and came through with a bid, and a very reasonable one at that. Their meticulous craftsmanship and creative ingenuity resulted in one seamless floor that looks as though it was laid out this way originally, and the chestnut stain is beautifully rich, giving me the old-timey look I was wanting for a farmhouse feel that harkens back to a time when people took pride in their workmanship.
