Overall, my hair was smooth and shiny when she was done. However, there was a lot wrong. I got a hair color and cut. The color swatch she showed me and the color I requested were nowhere near the final color on my hair. She was also very abrasive, pulling on my hair when drying and digging her nails into my scalp when washing. She also lightened my roots when I specifically said I did not want any lightening. My family loves coming here! Husband and two daughters all get their hairs cuts by Tracie. She is awesome and affordable pricing.

I don't normally write reviews on the day of, but I am IMPRESSED! Tracie helped fix a botched haircut I had from another salon and truly left me "Looking Good", just as advertised! I will never go anywhere else again
