I've been going there for years. No complaints until 2025. Update: I unavoidably missed an appointment for my annual exam last June and they wouldn't reschedule another until June 2026. I was told that if it happened again, I'd be "discharged"! 🫨 Dumping them and finding another ophthalmologist. Current patient... I had a potentially serious eye issue come up yesterday. They were very nice and got me in to see the Dr. the same day. The staff is caring and professional.
For just a routine eye exam for a new eye glass prescription, I was scheduled 5 to 6 months out. A center is only good if you can be seen. This gets 2 stars because the person answering call was pleasant.
Ordered glasses through the optical department. Very expensive. I received an email receipt for my payment but not a copy of the order which I assumed would be sent to my email address along with the receipt. So I have nothing to show what I have paid for.
