Dr. JOHNSON and staff are attentive, efficient and very kind. Had cataract surgery done there too, and it was a very great experience.
I've been going there for years. No complaints until 2025. Update: I unavoidably missed an appointment for my annual exam last June and they wouldn't reschedule another until June 2026. I was told that if it happened again, I'd be "discharged"! 🫨 Dumping them and finding another ophthalmologist. Received a canned response praising us for our patronage and looking forward to seeing me again. Obviously paid no attention to my complaint. Current patient... I had a potentially serious eye issue come up yesterday. They were very nice and got me in to see the Dr. the same day. The staff is caring and professional.
