I had my primary care provider at Fenway Health recommend this among a few other places to look at for counseling since Fenway was all booked up. I was a new client and told me there are no openings. so they assigned me an intern but charged me full price. When I said I didn't like the intern and was about to leave, they showed me multi open slots for a single therapist. I pushed back on their requirement to come back every week, and asked for a single session and they rejected all my requests for appointments.
