Tasted all the beers and was happily surprised they were all solid. Figured at least one or two would be flawed for a first run, but they all make the grade. Midnight Hour is the leader in the clubhouse, easily the best beer on the menu. Ordered the brisket dinner, with Mac and cheese and fries for sides. The brisket was delicious, good smoke, just the right amount of fat. The sides came out luke warm but it was a soft opening so some kinks still need to be worked out.
