February 12, we visited and had phenomenal service. We were greeted immediately at the door. The bartender, Dave, was friendly, knowledgeable about the beer, had a delightful personality, and was super attentive. We had the brisket nachos which were literally to die for. A-1 service and food today! However, we have been to Looking Glass Brewery approximately 5 times. These 5 times, the service was so-so. Great atmosphere and great food. The customer service is great!
I’m not one to post reviews but our experience was terrible. Unbelievably slow service and it wasn’t even busy. It took over 20 minutes to get drinks and forget about getting a refill. The sides were switched because they ran out but they didn’t take the time to ask if the new side was something we wanted. I’m so disappointed because this place has potential, awesome building and a cool vibe but we won’t be back!
