renewed for fall I spent a lot of time looking because i know a lot of places are doing specials this year, but ended up renewing at looking glass. my share of rent next year for a 2bedroom is $575 + utilities which is totally worth it. i can't say there's anything amazing about the place other than its location but management does fix things quickly and i haven't had any hassles either.
good spot, GREAT location this place was great. i'd still be there if i hadn't graduated. probably the best thing about it is that the people working there have been there forever and they actually know what they're doing. before i moved there, i lived in a brand new complex near downtown which even though it was just built it had more problems and completely incompetent managers and maintenance. of course the location is tops.
loved it i was really happy here and loved being so close to campus. the last thing they did that made me want to write a review was that i had to sublet at the last minute and they had someone to take over my lease within a week. my dad has 3 investment properties in clearwater and was impressed too with how they keep things up overall.
