This Inn defines "Southern Charm"... John is a perfect host and Innkeeper. The most unique Inn I have stayed at. It offers relaxing atmosphere, beautifully landscaped, meticulously in appearance. It says it is a 3-Star property but in my book its 5-Stars
Lookaway Inn is not only a beautiful place but the service is outstanding! We had my daughter’s baby shower there this past weekend and everything turned out great. Throughout the weeks leading up to the shower, John was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions whenever I called. He also made himself available during times that were convenient for me so I could come to the Lookaway Inn to plan the setup for the baby shower and even offered set up recommendations which really made the process easier for me. My daughter recently got married @Lookaway Inn. Everything was Absolutely Beautiful. John ( caretaker) is an Amazing host and extremely helpful, in so many ways. We chose to have the reception there, as well and couldn't be happier with the space and amenities. Needless to say, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding venue, family reunion or anything else -

The Lookaway Inn is an amazing location for any event. Recently my family celebrated my father-in-law's 80th birthday at the Lookaway Inn and it was a wonderful experience. John created a welcoming atmosphere and was very accommodating to all of our needs. We look forward to our next stay.
