This is the first place where I've had a deposit and cleaning notice returned. 2325 was a good place to live with helpful staff. Shame the view of the ore dock is gone with the condos in the way.
Took a month to get security deposit back. And only got less than 10% back. Increased rent on us 3 different times. Definitely go somewhere else if you want to rent a place in Marquette. Also expect to get less than half your deposit back .
