I had lived in an apartment owned by Look Realty for almost two years, and was met with ZERO issues caused by this company. Of course maintenance needs came up, as they do in any residential building, but when they did, Look Realty would send over a reliable repairman to fix the issue right away. Great landlord, very responsive and reasonable pricing for rent. The units are well maintained. The landlord handles the plowing during winter time, renters just need to move their cars for a couple hours. Ample heads-up is given to let renters know when the lots will be plowed. Expectations are straightforward and clear for renters. Overall, renting with Look Realty is a very straightforward and stress-free experience.

Absolutely love this rental company! The front desk ladies are absolutely amazing and they're always so helpful when I need it! The maintenance guys are always so friendly and get the work done quick. If you want a well managed, friendly, organized, professional but still understanding rental company, this is definitely the place! 10/10 recommended!
This is obviously a predatory realty company, and their behavior and management style is disgusting. They should be avoided and boycotted at all costs. Moreover, they were incompetent, after a huge winter snow storm it took us telling them we needed our heat turned on for them to turn it on, after a week of us telling them that keep in mind. That is one of many situations, that prove their incompetence.
