I have been coming here for about 10 years without complaints… This been my first and only eyebrow salon but the quality of service has absolutely depleted in the recent years. Today Simi took off the entire end of my left eyebrow because of pure negligence then had the audacity to deny anything changed. Her & her sister gaslighted me for 10 minutes while I looked at my eyebrows in shock wondering how long they are going to take to grow back. Im disgusted & even more disappointed by their reactions to THEIR mistake.
