Very disappointed with this optometry clinic. I bought my glasses here thinking the warranty would actually mean something — but when my frames crooked within a few days, they are unable to replace or repair them properly. The staff kept giving excuses and didn’t take any responsibility, even though the warranty was still valid.
Terrible service. Please don’t go there you will be wasting your time. They promise something but never ever deliver. I bought glasses for my daughter but the frame was crooked , I want there after week but the girl there instead of fixing problem tried to convince me that frame is right. After too much hassle she claimed ut but after week she asked me to send some pictures what I think she forgot to take that day .Sent her pictures in the email she provided but never go through may be she gave the wrong one because when I t... read more
Very bad experience. Totally unsatisfactory customer service and after sale service
The team at Look Optometrist Guildford is amazing! I had the best experience with them back at the Newton location and decided to follow them to Guildford. I have been recommending Dr Bhullar for years, His clinic have the latest technology, they offer exceptional care and everyone is professional and knowledgeable. But the heart of the clinic is Shirley, Her customer service skills and expertise are outstanding. She’s so passionate about her work that her positive energy and good vibes are truly contagious!
Dr Bhullar is an amazing doc and really helped me with my dry eyes. Shirley at the front provides top tier service and is great with customers. 5 stars all around.
