Came here to fix some double vision issues. Never had to wear glasses but the girls in the front took amazing care of me, it was fun doing the tests with Racheal and trying on at least 147,962 pairs of glasses with Komalpreet. Then Dr. Saggu checked me out and made me feel way better about everything. Like it’s no big deal I really appreciated that. I had such an amazing experience with Harman and Simran at the optometry clinic. They truly went above and beyond for me. After 2 bad experiences where the eye doctor messed up my prescription miss-diagnoising me I refused to come back. After being spammed by their Guildford location and asking not to contact me they have continued to do so our of their Newton branch which I've never been too. Avoid this place if you value your eyes.
I had an excellent experience during my eye examination. Dr. Bhullar was highly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the results and recommendations. The staff were courteous, efficient, and very attentive throughout the visit. The clinic environment was clean, modern, and well organized, which made the entire process smooth and comfortable.
