This is the absolute worst place to get contacts or glasses. Initially, I ordered glasses, and Contacts paid for them. My glasses after a year. Still, we’re not ready, so I agreed to allow him to give me contacts to replace the glasses. He did deliver a few pair at a time. But I never got the full years worth of contacts, and I always had to try and get a hold of him to get any contacts. It takes him forever to respond if he does respond. Orderd contact couldn't get ahold of anyone after. Finally 6 months after I got to speak to someone. They lost my contacts and had to reorder. Here I am months into it again and still can't get anyone to answer me. I come at rhe hours they have listed and the doors are locked . I call the phone number and phone is busy. This is ridiculous! ‼️Avoid this place‼️
My father has been waiting for his glasses since July 3rd, 2024! He is 82 and has stage 4 cancer. Having to wait 3 months is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe this place is even up and running with all the negative (and completely warranted) reviews. Oh wait, they're taking, or more like stealing, peoples money and not giving the product. I'll be visiting this store while im in Amarillo. Something will be done!!!
