My experience as a new patience was Awesome! Wish was so sweet! She was patient and listened to all my concerns and helped me so much with choosing my new glasses. She was honest about what I needed. Dr. K was also so kind and explained everything during the exam and answered all my questions and recommended what was best. The exam was also very quick. So appreciated the whole experience! Thank you! A+
Simply put I felt like my appointment, questions, and concerns inconvenienced them. They even so much as missed a portion of my exam until I made them aware of the issue. They lack inclusivity and customer service basics. I hope this review helps others in their decision making process, and to encourage them to look elsewhere.
