Look Lash is the place I go to when I want long, beautiful lashes for a special occasion. Carlena pays special attention to each lash that she applies to give you a stunning look. Look Lash is very clean, and has a friendly environment. Look Lash stands out from other places. I highly recommend Look Lash for your special occasion, or just every day wear.
It was a lil tricky to find parking and then find the Suite but after reading my confirmation email a few times i found it. Got a great deal threw Groupon and she did a great job so I left a good tip (important in my opinion esp going threw Groupon) I kinda wish there was Ac or a fan in there but overall I am very happy and I do belive ive found a new addiction
Carlena is a fraud. She knows exactly what she is doing when she upsells you and doesn't deliver great service. The conditions of the salon are so gross. I was scared to lay my head down on the nasty blankets that clearly aren't washed. I ended up leaving becuase I wouldnt pay more after I already bought the groupon. She basically demanded I pay the full price so I left and then she charged my card anyway! You cannot do that. Your business is a joke.
Love my lashes! Lena made sure I got just what I was looking for and it was like hanging with an old friend.
Do not go to this salon. What a joke the lady is. And a thief and unsanitary. I found this place on Groupon. I had lots of trouble making a reservation and I never knew if I actually had one. I called many times and left several emails and never got a response. On the day I thought I had my appt I tried to confirm my appt online the website was down. This made me nervous.
