Extremely positive and fun environment! The coaches are kind and helpful, I have met many amazing people, I get a good workout in every class, and the playlists are awesome too!
I joined Justin's Look Great at the Lake Boot Camp this May and I can say after one class I was addicted! I used to rely on treadmills and weights to excercise, and found myself extremely bored after a mere ten minutes. Justin's boot camp provides an amazing work out that hits all the target areas for weight loss and toning and I can also say I have yet to be bored or lose interest in one class due to the high energy and the support from not only Justin, but fellow bootcampers!!
