Seats are extremely worn out the leather is practically useless.however still tried to have a positive experience, I ordered popcorn,nachos a soda and a margarita halfway into the movie the nachos and margarita barely arrive I assumed the popcorn and soda would come out soon however I was wrong it never arrived.once the movie was done and I begin walking out i noticed the workers left to,no one was there ! complete lack of professionalism really disappointing experience and would not recommend.

If it hadn't been one of the few theaters showing Gullermo del Toro's Frankenstein nearby we probably wouldn't have come here and most likely we won't be back. This theater is terrible. The chairs are kinda hard and the upholstery had bald spots like someone peeled away spots of it all over. The screen in theater 9 kind of looked damaged or like it had ripples in it and the top couple feet of the screen was cut off and the picture was kinda faded. They served my pop corn about more than a half of the movie and all salty They didn't even brought me a napkin to clean my hands Un professional staff members Did not like there services

not good at all the movie speakers went off multiple times throughout the movie and the seats were very busted and there was no one at the front desk to even scan my tickets.

Most disgusting seats I’ve ever had to sit on. I had to put a jacket down just to sit. Hours later I’m all itchy, hope I didn’t get bed bugs or anything… it was that disgusting. For sure will never go back there. Good concept, but they totally missed the mark with those seats. So gross!! And I actually think I was so shocked, that I didn’t even think to get a refund and get out of there.
