Felt warm and inviting as soon as I walked in. Natalie is a treasure who helped with everything concerning bras and prosthetic! She helped me in the change room and was very open with her own experience and expertise. Total faith in her and will be back!
I’d like to preface this review by saying I don’t normally leave them unless I feel it’s warranted.. My experience today at look beyond mastectomy boutique was unequivocally not a positive one. I had been years ago and had been served by someone named Sylvie or Sylvia, can’t remember her name exactly, but she was absolutely lovely and that is why I returned. Very good service and the owner is so kind and professional, she make our choices very easy and she helped us to make our decision by giving us the right size of the prosthesis and the bra.Highly recommend the store.
Truly wonderful store with lovely staff who clearly care and go above and beyond for their customers. Linda and Natalie were so helpful in picking multiple different items, talking with us and sharing their experiences. You walk in feeling overwhelmed and unsure and walk out feeling confident and uplifted. I cannot recommend this store enough.
Sylvia, you are an absolute gift! As soon as I walked into the store, Sylvia greeted me with a smile and asked me what type of bra I was looking for. After listening to needs, she quickly found the PERFECT fit for me! Unfortunately they were out of my size, but they offered to order it for me! I ended up purchasing a regular everyday bra and a sports bra! I can’t wait until they are in! Thank you so much for your help, and making me feel so confident and comfortable.
