It's a typical assembly line where you get passed from one person to the next. I'm used to receiving 2-3 different contacts to try out but was only given one and told to come back if they didn't work out. I had to ask for my prescriptions - they were never offered. And when I got a call about my glasses being ready for pick up, I asked about their hours and the guy rattled off the hours (which vary every day) so quickly that it was pointless to have asked.

Dr. Aschenbrenner is thorough, attentive and someone I trust completely with my eyes. The office staff are equally as good. I highly recommend them!
