We had a great experience with Tyler
The previous manager was really better and taking care of apartment much better! Although the apartment is pet friendly, the balcony doesn’t have screen so you have to close the balcony all the time specifically if you are a cat person! When I asked them to provide a screen for the balcony they said they can’t, and for the one bedroom unit the balcony is the only access to have fresh air!! The building is not busy and it’s good!
Lonsdale Square is quite a nice place to live so far. The rent is a little over average and parking and storage are extra, but the building and other tenants are great!
Tyler was super welcoming giving us a tour of the available apartments and was very responsive when walking us through the lease signing process. Super lucky to have him help us :)
