They put a new ball joint on my wife’s car about 3 months ago and they didn’t align the vehicle correctly so the front two tires are smoothed out on the inside. Now we are out more money to have the ball joint replaced, a new alignment and new tires. They state they used the manufacturing specs, however they did not. I wouldn’t even bring my vehicle here for a new battery.
I had an alignment 3 months ago with new tires. The front two tires are worn on the inside with wires showing. The owners son stated he was going to lean it out a lil to keep it from wearing inside. We are out two new tires they will not replace. I absolutely 110% do NOT recommend this company.
This is the only tire shop I use.. Rick and his staff always take care of me with my mail truck or my personal vehicle. I have never had a problem.
The guys there today really helped us out big time! My husband and I and our 3 young daughters are traveling from Maryland to Oklahoma, visiting 10 states in 15 days. We started hearing a clunking sound on day 5, between Nashville and Memphis. My husband called them first thing this morning and explained what we needed (he is a mechanic) and they said they could get us in. If you want to get RiPPED OFF BIG TIME by all means go here. I took my vehicle in & had 2 lower ball joints, an idler arm & a drag link bar & was charged $614.38 of which $300.00 was for labor for 4 hours!!! After doing some checking, the parts were only $150.00, that would mean the labor was $116.00 an hour j we all know thats RIDICULOUS!!
