Lonnies ac installed a brand new unit (Trane) less than 6 months ago. The house was then sold to me and the unit stopped working. I contacted Lonnies naturally as they were the installers of the equipment and the warranty for parts and labor was through them. REFUSED to honor the warranty agreement though I transferred the warranty through the manufacture to myself as the new homeowner.
