Lonnie was the selling agent on a purchase a few years ago. When he failed to mention to the sellers their responsibilities as a seller and I was upholding the legal contract, he became very aggressive and yelling in my face. My husband and realtor had to step in front of him. I would never use him to represent me in any capacity and will avoid all houses he is representing. He is arrogant and not trustworthy.

We could never say enough good things about Lonnie and his team. From the initial conversation on how to stage the house for show with Amber it was a wonderful whirlwind of success. Week one...last minute fluff to list. Week two...listed and within 24 hours the first showing contracted. During this time any questions we had were quickly answered by Kerrie.
