Extremely happy with the final product and a beautiful way to day our final goodbyes. Payton and the extended team kept communication open through the entire process and patiently answered any concerns or questions I had. It was a simple and straightforward process. I would gladly do it again. Does it fall into everyone's price range? No, but if you can make it work, I highly recommend it.
Thank you so much Payton and Lonite for the five beautiful diamonds manufactured from the ashes of our 21yo son and from fur from his little dog. We are having them made into rings using gold from our late parents jewelry and we shall treasure them forever. The whole process took seven months from first contact with Payton to delivery of the diamonds. We couldn't be happier.
I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by LONITÉ which was extremely professional at every step of the way - giving much comfort given that loved ones ashes were transported to Switzerland and back. Lonite staff both in Australia and Switzerland have been wonderful, helpful and compassionate through my journey of getting a memorial diamond made. Payton in Australia guided me each step of the way and provided me with regular updates as my diamond was made. I can only say that LONITE was a company that has been amazing. I had a beautiful diamond ring made from my husband’s ashes. Customer service was the best.
