They are awful I paid for a appraisal Aug 27 2024 and decided to go with a different lender and they wont give me my appraisal that I paid for to use for the new lender The appraisal is 2 months old they are scammers
Extremely professional service, thorough analysis, and promptly submitted appraisal. Have worked with this company previously and was so satisfied with the analysis, that I specifically requested my bank to use them. She was very patient during the inspection, documented all updates, and provided values in line with prices paid or fair market. Great communication during the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Yikes... Should have checked reviews. Alison and team are the most unprofessional folks I've worked with in a long time. From the appraisal all the way to the attitude/personality - its all bad. Look elsewhere.
Worst appraiser I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Also google address is wrong it should be 6021 Melbourne Ave, Deal MD 20751.
