I can't say for certain that their services are not effective, because I couldn't even get into the door. They don't really care about people's problems or issues, their driving factor is strictly "are we going to get paid" and if you don't have that upfront, they'll stop talking to you. They do not have a "we'll find out how to work with you" type of attitude. And it is not a good look and indicative that this practice most likely doesn't give a hoot about people. Thanks for not trying, i suppose.
