I rented a place and have no utilities! I’ve moved in without getting help from the company. Waiting all week for help and now the weekend is here. No help! No response!
Under no circumstances would I recommend renting from this management team. There was peeling lead paint discovered in the rental unit. Not only did the Management team not do their due diligence to determine if there was lead paint on the premise in the first place, but doubled down on their incompetence after it being brought to their attention by ignoring requests to fix it.
