If I could give Longwood Apartments ZERO stars, I would. My father recently passed away IN HIS APARTMENT at this property. When our family came to clean out his apartment and handle his belongings, we waited HOURS for someone from the office to come out and assist us. No one ever did. We even attempted to go into the office, and the attendant shut the door and stated they were on the phone. We continued to wait, thinking surely someone would eventually come out to assist us, but they never did. What makes this experience eve... read more

Could not get a call back from these people. Took a drive there and walked in on your manager bera.ting an elderly couple. She should be reported to elderly abuse which could lead to law suites. Get rid of her now.
There is absolutely no way I would allow any loved one to rent from this place. In my opinion, the new addendum that they have put forth strips the tenants of their constitutional rights. This is absolutely disgusting and the Housing Authority needs to review all documents that tenants have signed under fear of losing their home.
