We lived there for 2 years and our experience was amazing. The building is in excellent conditions, they take care of the details every day, and the site manager (Jennie) is always there to help and solve any issues that arise. There is also a great environment between neighbors, who are respectful and responsible pet owners. Overall, an amazing experience living there.
One of the best move in experiences of my life ! The building and area is beautiful and the landlord Jennie even more beautiful still ! She was and has been so helpful and kind to me throughout the whole process and I would consider her a friend over a landlord now. Everyone else that I've spoken to at Longwood landing was so nice too ! Great people ! Great peaceful location ! Wish I could of lived there longer !! Five stars hands down !!!
We moved into Longwood Landing this past week and we Love it... great area, beautiful secluded spot but close to everything. Jennie has been wonderful, from start to finish she's made our move so easy. She's the best!!! My wife and I are looking forward to many years here!!!
It is always tough finding a good place to live, it's even tougher when you are trying to do it from another province. Having previously rented from Broadstreet in Edmonton, Longwood Landing was an easy choice for us, having experienced the standards that this company likes to keep. Jennie the Site Manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating of long distance move. We were able to move into a unit site unseen without any worries or hesitation what so ever.
