I've been a patient at Longwood Dental Group for over 40 years. During the height of covid, I called in to cancel my appt 30 hours in advance to have a cleaning. The receptionist informed me of their 48 hour cancellation notice and said that they normally would charge me, but would extend a courtesy since this was 2nd missed appt in 40 years. Longwood should be embarrassed in their billing and invoicing practices. I was a patient for about a year and a half. I got a call in the winter of 2019 about a bill in the winter of 2018. My number and email hadn't changed, and no one had reached out to me prior about any billing issue. The person who called gave me the wrong date of services, and I couldn't corroborate that I was there. I had to call my insurance company to get dates and corroborated that with my calendar.
