The facility as well as the employees are fantastic and professional, they have great customer service .
Extremely disappointed with this treatment center. My mom is in recovery and receives methadone here, but her dose keeps being increased without what we feel is adequate monitoring. She has become extremely out of it and overly sedated, which is terrifying for her family to watch. Her bloodwork may look fine, but that doesn’t mean everything is okay. Patient safety should come first, and our concerns need to be taken seriously.
My fiance is an addict. I've written this clinic and called half a dozen times about her overdosing on her take homes. No response. No change. In fact, they upped her take homes. She gets a week of take homes, and she's always a couple of days short because she drinks them early. Two bottles in one day. She nods out in public. Falls asleep while she drives. Has gotten in two car accidents from being high on methadone. I have begged them to do call backs. To do daily doses. Nothing. They are worse than drug dealers. They care... read more
The staff here are amazing. I like seeing the nurses inside the dosing rooms/booths (areas), they dont make you feel like your less of a decent person because you seek treatment. They are always smiling and remember your name! I love that
