They don't answer phone text messages nor do they return calls find somewhere else if possible
The storage business is located in White rock, New Mexico. These people are dirtbags. We left Los Alamos last May 2022. They continued to charge my credit card for four months after we had removed all of our belongings from their facility. It wasn’t until October 2022 that they reimbursed my credit card. Now, in June 2023, they have charged me again for storing my belongings at their facility, when, in fact, all of our belongings are at our house in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They claimed that they couldn't process my credit card. I gave them a different one and now they are double billing me for the same locker. I told them in person and subsequently in a follow-up letter and they continue to double bill despite owing me for several months of overcharges.
