Very deceptive sales department will take advantage of customers. There are a lot of much more reputable companies out there and it's worth your time to find them
Had a very poor experience. Would not recommend, peace of mind is very important and I would avoid this place if that’s what your looking for. Owner should know what’s going on there and if so cannot believe it’s allowed, they treated myself and two other couples very poorly. Would never do business with a company like this again.
We rented a 32 foot RV this summer for 10 days when someone from Canada driving another RV hit us in the back while we were parked at a rest stop. The damage was several thousand dollars but Long View took care of it through the supplemental insurance we bought. We even got our security deposit back after some time. This was a very stressful experience but I was happy the LV took care of this!

In the fall, of 2013 we decided to buy our first RV coach and turned to what we thought was a reputable dealer to help us find just the right used coach. We purchased a coach just before our 1st trip to winter over down south. Looking back we should have just backed out of the deal but we were excited and thought since they were willing to give us a 90 day warranty on the entire coach we were in good shape. I picked up my RV on Friday and have been very dissappointed wit the experience so far. Poor service and a very large list of fixes that should have been made before I even saw the RV. I am hoping someone reaches out to me to fix this.
Horrible customer service- VERY unprofessional!!!
