Worst service ever. Not a friendly staff at the reception and always… always running late! Had an appointment at 12:30. They forgot I was there… 45 min later I asked about it, they registered me, but still had to wait to get the test done. Imaging Tech was very friendly and tried to hurry to get the test done.
Today I had an MRI scheduled…Darnisha at billing intake absolutely needs a raise , shes one of the kindest customer service humans Ive ever had , very professional and cares about the people and her job !! Darnisha (station # 4 If i can remember correctly) if you ever read this , the words on the back of your computer “ be the reason for someone to smile today “ ( something close to it ) ..you mam absolutely made me smile today !!! Arrived at 10:00a to a small waiting room with all chairs taken. Appointment at 10:15a and was told 'yes' they were running on schedule and I would be seen/on the table at 10:45a. Seen at financial desk at 11:30a. Started testing at 12:15p. Two hour waiting is not running on schedule. Staff was excellent, courteous, and apologetic for the wait. This is second visit within two weeks to Regional Imaging Center and have had same issues both times. Open Imaging on 6th street would be better choice.
Apparently, no one really cares about our REVIEWS because I read one from 5 years ago and they had the same complaint that I have. My appointment time for Pre-Op Lab was 11:30 a.m., I arrived at 11:25 am. There was one person at the desk and she was completing a task. I completed and returned my paperwork at 11:42 am. The Waiting room was full, possibly 4 empty chairs. At 1:10 I asked the receptionist how much longer. Would have given worse if I could... 2 hours sitting in the waiting room and still not in... just for a CT scan
