I recently had an allergic reaction & had to visit the E R. It was one of the most caring & considerate receptionist & Staff experiences. It did not take long for me to be seen. The problem was resolved & I was able to return home. Thanks to the hospitality and care from the Longview Regional Center Medical Team! May the LORD continue to Bless the Staff & the patients. Went in needing an X-ray of my foot. Was placed in the lobby and told someone would come get me for the X-ray. After 1.5 hours, my wife went to see what was taking so long (they weren’t that busy) and well, they had forgotten about me. Finally got an X-ray and was taken back out into the lobby. Read my results on the portal LONG before anyone came out to talk to me. They came out to just send me home and I had to ask for something Tylenol for the pain after more than two hours of being there. Horrible experience

Came in with a lot of pain. Jessica, RN in the ER was attentive & talked me through all the medications that had to be given. Grateful for Katie, PA for ordering everything she did to figure out what was going on.

Have used them for years and trust them and my Doctors, Nurses and staff completely. Respect and care for the person, you’re not just patient.
