Nurse was amazing dr seemed like he was bothered that I was there. Didn’t get any kind of relief and felt like I was just brushed off.
Nursing staff for Dr were very friendly but I felt like they rushed me out the door before checking me thoroughly I end up going to the doctor and finding out I had a UTI that was missed by the doctor.
While the manager, Stephanie, is very quick to address issues, the issues are not being fixed and I had a pretty rough experience both times I trusted these doctors with my health. The first time they told me they could fill my mental health meds for emergency purposes, until I found a new dr, but after being denied at the pharmacy found out from Stephanie that they were never able to prescribe one of them in the first place, so obviously the doctors are unaware of medications that they can and cannot prescribe and are makin... read more
I highly recommend LREC. There was very little wait time, they were very professional and made me feel comfortable while taking such good care of me.
