I posted a review on here recently and as soon as it was posted, the facility thanked me for my positive review and it said that their response was from 2 years ago, and then my review was deleted. I did call and speak with the patient advocate about it, and he tried to find my review, but could not. He said they don’t have the ability to edit or delete reviews so we don’t know what happened with that. It was very strange. I entered the emergency room on the loop and immediately they started working on me. I entered because of congestive heart failure and within 10 minutes I had an iv going and they did a chest Etsy. They had me moved by ambulance to the big hospital and I had excellent care there. Nothing but praise for the nurses and the care I received.

I am elderly, and had a bug bite that went out of control. I needed to get to an emergency room before I could take my husband for surgery that morning. I was a bit frazzled at 4:00 in the morning but I went because I was advised to go by a health care official. The Staff, and I mean every person on the staff, was gentle, attentive, active listeners and very professional all at the same time.
